CHICKEN WITH SALAD & HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING

Lorem Ipsum
• 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into strips (or left-over cooked chicken)
• ½ packet cocktail tomatoes (or 2 whole tomatoes, sliced)
• 2 cups mixed lettuce
• 2 carrots, grated
• ½ cucumber, julienned
• 4 wraps of your choice
Honey Mustard Dressing:
• 4 tbsp mayonaise
• 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
• 2 tsp honey
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Mix all the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
• Lay the 4 wraps out on 4 pieces of Twinsaver Light Foil.
• Spread out 1 tablespoon of dressing on each wrap.
• Place chicken and then layer salad ingredients in middle of wrap.
• Roll each wrap with the foil and pinch the sides.
• Cut in halves, serve with salad or potato chips.
