GRILLED PRAWNS WITH LEMON & GARLIC BUTTER

Lorem Ipsum
• 40 queen prawns (around 2 kg), cleaned
• 4 tsp chopped garlic
• 4 tbsp chopped parsley
• 4 tbsp butter
• 2 tsp paprika powder
• 2 lemons, sliced
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Cut 4 pieces of Twinsaver Ultra Tough Foil (around 50cm each).
• Place 10 pieces of prawns on each foil piece.
• Add garlic, parsley on top of each prawn pile, season with salt & pepper. End with 1 tablespoon of butter on each.
• Places slices of ½ lemon on each pile, close up parcels and cook on in-direct heat of the braai for 25-30min.
